Brewed in collaboration with our friends at El Camino Real across the street this crusher is brewed with flaked corn and finished with Lime and a touch of salt for an amazingly refreshing brew
their Colonial Pilsner, Pale Wheat and Pale Rye. The outcome is a cloudy easy drinking delicious pilsner with some wonderful malt flavors from the variety of grains as well as Deer Creek’s floor malting process.
ghostface keller {keller pilsner // ABV 4.5}
this delicious cloudy pilsner is made exclusively with Deer Creek PA malts. We combined equal parts of our 3 favorite base malts from them which are
their Colonial Pilsner, Pale Wheat and Pale Rye. The outcome is a cloudy easy drinking delicious pilsner with some wonderful malt flavors from the variety of grains as well as Deer Creek’s floor malting process.
