How it works
Pick a date. Any Monday - Wednesday, 6pm to close.
Tell us who the check goes to. We need your organization's exact legal name.
Get your flyer. We'll set you up with a Dine to Donate flyer as a PDF.
Get the Word Out.
We tally up. Within a day or two after your event, we'll let you know your total.
Who qualifies:
Schools, Registered charitable organizations and not for profit organizations. We can't host personal fundraisers (medical bills, tuition, travel, etc.) or for-profit businesses.
How the donation is figured:
20% of net sales from guests who show your flyer or mention your organization. Discounts and special pricing don't count toward the total.
Spreading the word
The more people you bring, the more you raise. Share your flyer with your members, families, volunteers, and followers by email, social media, newsletters, and group chats. Remind everyone to show the flyer or mention your organization when they order so their check counts.
Ground rule
Dine to Donate is about bringing new faces through our doors. Please promote the night to your network prior to the event. Please don't approach, hand flyers to, or ask for support from other guests while you're here. Only checks from guests who came for your organization count toward the donation.
